Claudia Ulrich

 

Claudia Ulrich is a Swiss artist born in 1985 in the canton of Uri, where she lives and works in Attinghausen. She has been painting, drawing and sketching for more than 30 years, exploring a wide range of techniques and working on canvas, paper and wood.

Nature is an important source of inspiration in her artistic practice. Leaves, branches, flowers and animals repeatedly find their way into her work, alongside impressions gathered during her travels around the world.

 

Claudia works across both abstract and figurative forms, experimenting with acrylic, watercolour, collage and mixed media. Colour plays a central role in her visual language, resulting in vibrant and unconventional compositions that combine observation, imagination and emotion.

 

In 2020, she fulfilled a long-held ambition by opening her own studio, ARTpunkt, in Attinghausen. She continues to develop her practice through courses and workshops, constantly exploring new techniques and creative approaches.
